OnSite Rehabilitation started as a dream of Dr. Geoffrey Carson. In 2006, that dream became a reality. Over the years, the roots of our physical therapy clinic have grown deeper and deeper. We have been blessed with an amazing staff that loves their jobs and the people they work with, and patients who truly enjoy coming into our care.

Onsite Rehabilitation aims to help others heal their bodies to get back to feeling their best. We strive for, above all else, faithful service to God to impact our local community. With OnSite Rehabilitation, we have been able to do just that for the past 18 years and counting!

Services

  • Are you experiencing pain or discomfort? Have you had a recent injury or surgery? Schedule an evaluation with our Doctor of Physical Therapy to discuss possible treatment plans.

  • Once you have a defined treatment plan, you will continue with one of our licensed therapists to get back to feeling the best you can as fast as you can!

  • While we only offer hands-on treatment in the office, we are happy to work with you on an at-home plan you can follow on your own time if office visits aren’t a possibility for you.
